Your Whole Shop Front From One Crew
Retail signs in Aiken have one job: get a shopper to turn in and walk through your door. We make every piece of that trip, from the name on the building to the lettering on the glass and the graphics inside. You deal with one local crew, and your shop looks like one shop.
Take The Vintage Bobbin, where we put new cut letters on a shopping-center wall. That is the kind of work we are proud to put our own name behind.
Everything Your Storefront Needs
- Storefront signs: the main sign over your door, designed for your wall and your street.
- Dimensional and cut letters: your name mounted right to the building with no box and no frame.
- Window graphics: cut vinyl lettering, frosted vinyl and perforated film that keep selling after closing time.
- Banners and temporary signs: for opening day, a sale or a season.
- Wall graphics: murals and brand walls that carry the look inside.
- Sign design: logos and layouts, with a proof to review before production.
Opening your first shop, or giving an old one a new face? We work from the logo you have or help you build one. Because we bring the shop to you, measurements and design talk happen at your storefront.
Fit for Your Street
Aiken shopping runs from the shops on Laurens Street downtown to the retail along Whiskey Road and Richland Avenue. Retail is also one of Aiken County’s largest employment sectors, so your neighbors are working for the same customers. A clear, well-made sign gives you an edge at the turn-in.
We also serve storefronts across Aiken, shops around Knox Avenue and Edgefield Road in North Augusta, and retail in Augusta.
Sized to Your Wall and Your Zoning
Local rules shape what goes on a shop front, and we bring them into the design. In the City of Aiken, wall signs may cover up to 20% of the front surface and project no more than 18 inches. In the Downtown Business zone, portable sidewalk signs are allowed up to 4 feet tall, 2 feet wide and 6 square feet, if they come in when the business closes. Ribbons, streamers and pennants are prohibited in the city, so ask us what can do that job at your address instead.
A permit or review may be required for your shop sign, so confirm with City of Aiken planning, or Aiken County for addresses outside the city. We handle sign permits and paperwork on most exterior jobs.
